its not "shimpriyet" its "vsem preevet!", which means "hi to everyone".
privet = hi
vsem= to everyone

they just send hellos to those who watch them

a chemisier ... would be for women ... according to the 1st dictionnary i found : a blouse whose sleeves and colar are inspired by men shirts ...
