Teal F/W 05.06

loving teal, though I loved it even more last winter. I kind of burned out on it already...I wore it a lot last year. it's a great shade with most skintones/hair colours, but particularly for pale ginger haired folk. it's a beautiful colour and is perfect with the trends this season.

totally off topic but teal-related :

Brides to be don't get inspired and have your bridesmaids wear teal..it's the colour of gangrene and will doom your marriage according to the wedding planner (the movie) ..I just remembered that..don't mock the movie ..it brought pearls of wisdom like : the only way to remove overdone fake tan is lemon and salt..and I just had to share that

I totally agree with utopia, teal does look better on fair skinned people...having said this, i don't regret not getting a tan this summmer

i just mean that teal is decidedly not "blue..." many of those examples are blue. maybe it's just me. but you're right..there's a blue thread. i just meant that maybe some of them belong there.

I adore this color! Recently bought a tealcolored dress, looked great on me, being very fair-skinned. But I agree, it's a flattering color on most people. More teal, please!
