The School of Stitched Textiles is a leading, independent textile school, offering craft, design and technical courses at many levels which can be studied from anywhere in the world.
At present over 500 students from 30 different countries are studying with us, so we feel we have lots of experience and enthusiasm to offer those considering joining us to embark on their own personal creative journey.
Based in the UK and established for over 10 years we specialise in craft qualifications with an extensive and ever expanding range of courses in stitched, constructed and embroidered textiles, validated either by City & Guilds or the School of Stitched Textiles.
All of our course tutors are professionals who are experienced in getting the very best from distance learners and, of course, those able to study at the centre itself. Course modules are delivered via traditional post or, increasingly, via our state of the art online system. Online courses are currently being rolled out, with more becoming available for this method of study every month.
