My blog is brand new as in about 3 hrs it looks like crap right now but I will make it better soon.

I completely abandoned my blog after Halloween, but I'm trying to get back in the habit now. Checking out all of the great new blogs posted on the last few pages has been a help in boosting my motivation, though!

Shopilicious, I love your first outfit post so I will definitely be checking back for more from you! Brigadeiro, your blog looks great too - very nice outfits!

Thanks kwikspell! Its my first blog and Ive had quite a few positive comments on my blog so far so I'll definitely keep it up to date!

This week I started a new blog, dedicated to trends, style and key pieces.
feel free to check it out and any comments welcomed.

I really like your blog!

I think I have posted mine in here before when I first started it,
but incase I didnt, it's

www.daisychaindreams.blogspot.com

It's not fashion as such, but I post my outfits and key pieces I want, it's mainly just about me/life/whatever.

Would Love to Have some Review on the new Trend Land ( www.cyanatrendland.com ) - What you like or dont like ? What you would like to see more ? ...
Its not only a Fashion Blog, we also review Design, art, Music... But mostly everything is related to Fashion :)

Also if you are interested on being guest Blogger ? Let me know...

^ I agree--nicely done! (You too, Daisy :flower:; you know I  your style though.)

Well, my blog is not professional b/c it's entirely "DIY" for/by me! The photos of outfits that I take are taken by me, from my camera [-yet to be upgraded]. But it's not all about *my* outfits (which is good b/c it sounds like some ppl like that, others don't) as I get a TON of inspiration seeing what other TFS'ers are wearing. But I also get inspiration from the magazines so I post articles, outfits, even ad's. I realize that ppl could also see it in print themselves but heck, I don't read all the magazines and a lot of my posts are from non-US fashion mag's or sites (like China or Japan). The inserts that accompany the Chinese Vogue, for instance, has different things than I've seen here.

What I would like to know from other DIY-Bloggers is more on the tech side of it: who are you hosted by and why? do you do "ads" or want to? How much time do you spend? How do you upgrade? How do you "get around", so-to-speak. I'm hosted by Wordpress and I like it b/c there are many options and I can choose to do adds or different themes. It's hard to do searches on the main wordpress site for other like-minded blogs or for technical help. (I've already crashed earlier in the year too ) When I update, I spend a good couple of hours depending on the content. I don't think I get around esp. with the new format I had to do, b/c I didn't promote it before or do RSS feeds. I was previously hosted by Yahoo! too and I hated it! Most ppl participate by looking and possibly emailing me but hardly anyone comments.

Thank you, it means alot to have these kind words.
I cannot help too much about hosting as I have only used MobileMe from apple to host, however I can advise if you want your own domain you should try www.co.cc as they have alot of free domain names. Hope this is of some help :flower:

Thank you. :]

Serenity: I find the best way to get your blog around is to post comments and get friendly with other bloggers. The fashion blogging community is really awesome and supportive.
