It's not really an exact science, but it involves reading blogs, commenting and posting on here. i think it's best not to compare yourself to others, and think about what you have achieved. just stay true to yourself, and things will gradually pick up. i think your blog is heading in the right direction, a bit of writing is always good. i personally would lose the ads, but thats just me.

How funny: it's my friend KB who's been to Zandra's house! I just happened to read this and thought, that sounds like a nice person and out of curiosity went to see their blog - and it was yours! I agree. It's like with facebook: at first you don't want to only have like six friends so you'll be anyone's friend and after a while you realise: I've got enough friends & just add people who really ARE friends!

Or as Kevin Costner would say: if you build it, they will come.

I think it helps to be active on websites and don't forget to add a link to your blog on your signature. I find that I get a lot of random visitors from TFS. Plus, it's fun being active in an online community!
