To me, they not only look like they're trying too hard, but they sound it too. I've never really been a fan... however, that "Honest Mistake" song is one I loved for a while.

i find them pretty dull but i agree, honest mistake sounds great in nightclubs .

I really like this band my favorite songs are 'swollen summer' and 'public service anouncement'.

i liked there video for 'an honest mistake' i dont consider them garage rock more like a cross inbetween a little bit of techno with rock influence and a little pop

The bravery new gothic style!? I don't think so..... ..if anything, they're so emo looking.... They're sort of like Greenday, but a bit more "punk looking" *cough* and with a bit more rock..... Just that.....

i don't think they are remotely garage rock either taylour...
garage rock does NOT involve synthesizers and keyboards...
and they're too style conscious to be really 'punk'...
and they don't SOUND punk at all...

these guys are a lot closer to new order or OMD than anyone else soundwise...
which was known as 'synthpop' ...

it's more like new wave meets synthpop......imo...
it's a major 80's inluence...

i dont see the bravery as emo , i dont know how are they associated, the fact that those little emo kids like everything that's trendy doesnt mean everything that's trendy is automatically emo. the bravery dont whine, they're just silly hipsters.
