It seems that Britney Spears is gearing up to divorce her deadbeat husband Kevin Federline just a couple of months after their baby Sean Preston was born.
The news comes just a week after a track from Federline’s new album was leaked on the internet.
‘Y’all Ain’t Ready’ has subsequently been totally panned by those unfortunate enough to hear it and rumours that even Britters thinks it is sh*t are circulating.
According to The Bosh, critics are comparing Federline to the manic Vanilla Ice.
But this isn’t the reason Britney wants to give Federline the boot, she is sick and tired of his party life style while she is at home wearing nipple pads.
A confidante of Britney’s said to Australia’s NW: "Britney's already seen the divorce lawyer. As it stands, the divorce papers are written up and all she has to do is give the word and they'll be filed in the courthouse.
”She doesn't want to divorce Kevin, but if that's the best thing for her child and for her own sanity, that's exactly what she'll do."

Well Justin is in a committed long term relationship so I doubt that will happen.
I would hope for her sake that this happens but these pictures don't really prove anything. I mean those could just be pic's of him getting out of a truck?

Britney Spears has reportedly consulted lawyers about divorcing Kevin Federline.
The pop babe allegedly met with her legal team after becoming fed-up with her husband constantly going out partying and leaving her at home to care for their new son, Sean Preston.
A source is quoted in Britain's News of the World newspaper as saying: "Britney has gone through hell and back recently with Kevin. He's been going out and partying, leaving her at home with their son, Sean Preston
"Britney has given him a lot of space but he's been taking advantage and doesn't seem to care. She called in the lawyers because she's had enough"
Last week, it was claimed the sexy star turned to a psychic to save her ailing marriage. Britney initially begged her husband to see a therapist, but the former dancer refused, allegedly saying: "That's for crazy people If you want to see a shrink, go by yourself"
After Kevin's outburst, Britney contacted the medium to ask what the future holds for the troubled couple. A friend of the star told America's Life and Style Weekly magazine: "She wants to know if Kevin will cheat and if the marriage will last"

Poor Britney! To realize that you have made a huge mistake and created a child with a loser must be devastating. All the money in the world won't make her feel better. Kevin is such a slime-ball. For being so close with her mother, either Britney's mother is an idiot and not looking after her daughter's well-being...OR....Britney's mother is being forced to grin and bare it while her stubborn daughter refuses to listen to her.

I think she can still feel happy, I'm sure her life is not so bad. Many people have kids with slime balls and split from them... then go on to meet somebody better and it all works out pretty well.lovelymommie said:

Also - it must be difficult for Britney, is she supposed to assume that every man she meets is just with her for the money? She's only human and wants to be loved / believe she is loved. Its a hard one, she was blinded by love - if indeed he is the scoundrel the press are painting him.

I think that she can still be happy, too; however, being rich doesn't make it easier. As a mother myself, I can't imagine anything more devastating than realizing your "partner" is good for nothing and that you have created a child with him. At least her and her baby have their health and i am sure she has a good support system. My biggest hope is that these are just rumors and he isn't that bad....doubt it though; not the best track record so far.

I actually don't mind Kevin Federline, to be honest...dude is a rock star in America just solely on the strength of living and eating off his woman without having to do an ounce of work. It's mind boggling yet impressive how Kevin can show up in L'Uomo Vogue, Details, be nominated for GQ Men of the Year while unabashedly flaunting his status as America's #1 freeloader. You can hate him and his style all you want, but I gotta give it up to him for his hustle.
