My eye color's dark dark brown -- almost black if you look at it from afar but it's brown on close examination.

I'd love to have purple eyes. Rumor has it that Hitler had vivid purple eyes. Elizabeth Taylor's said to have purple eyes too but it's more of a blue shade when you look at it. Pale purple eyes would be so cool!

VERY nice eyes in this thread!!! Heres my contribution:
In low-light, dark places = my eyes are light brown, with a dark brown/near black ring around them, with hints of black towards the pupil
Sunlight = Hazel/Brownish color, with brown ring around. I used to HATE my eyes and wished they were dark brown. But i love em now. Quick pic since i was bored in my room haha:

oh but yours are lovely! such a rich cognac color! At the dentist the hygienist accidenatlly got nasty cleaner in my eye so she had to clean it out.OW! but she was so nice and complimented me on my eyes."Oh they are so pretty,like leaves!" ha ha descriptions sure do vary

Aw thank you, and dentists see lots of eyes too, green eyes are so pretty, if i could have any colour... My friend has these lime green eyes and they are so beautiful, it was first thing i noticed about her, i was like woww.

my eyes are weird. In the sunlight when my pupil goes small (or, strangely if i've been crying or poked my eyes or made them red by any other method) they look BRIGHT green, but in dim light when my pupils enlarge or there's not much light shining on them they look kind of a dark muddy greenish hazelish color (like this picture).

Strangely if i'm wearing pastel or light colors they go bright green also, and muddy if i'm wearing dark clothes. Meh, my eyes are temperamental, just like the rest of me
