not sure if this helps, but i know that Borders in the US does..so perhaps this means there's a higher chance that Borders in the UK does.

the last issue featuring daria werbowy on the cover was decent. daria's and julia s' editorials were the saving graces. it's a decent publication that i feel has potential to grow into something really good. they just need to work on who they interview for other contents besides editorials. also the size of the magazine can become a nuisance if you like to keep your magazines in perfect condition.
