See that's the thing I don't understand. How do u define a good eyeliner?
I assume that it's the right colour, doesn't smudge or fade easily
with an easy tip to apply it with.
There are tons of eyeliners that fits that description, so what makes
for example, Guerlain so special? Just wondering.
I think the same about most products.
Imo the best things are the ones that work for you, most of the times it´s not about the brand or anything but the appliction itself and how you work the products and the way you make them work for you.
Of course there are bad products, like eyeshadows that have no pigment or badly coloured powders and foundations (pinkish foundations for example), and more often you find those in cheaper brands, but the best is to test
everything that way, you can have a notion when it´s better to spend more or less money. B)
Some cheap products that work:
Maybelline Volume´Express
Loreal eyeshadows and blushes, eye khols, lipglosses
Revlon cream shadows
Some expensive products that work:
Mac and Makeupforever concealers, foundations and pigments
Guerlain Bronzers
