Yes it’s a fantastic brand and the foundation is solid. Something with that spirit today is missing. It’s a brand that was quite present in my household so I have always had good feelings about it.I wouldn‘t mind it coming back, to be honest! I don‘t see why her knits shouldn‘t be attractive again to a customer of today.
I saw it. It’s terrible…I believe G-III revived Rykiel a couple of years ago, but it's been relatively quiet.
Yes they are basically doing archives but it has no spirit, no identity. It’s product-oriented in the most marketing-led kind of way.
Even if the archives have an enduring appeal, I would rather go for a CJR knitwear if I had to buy a multicolor striped sweater.
