just wondering if there is any way for me to recover a photo that i posted here. it was of me and fab from the strokes. i checked my photobucket account, and it's disappeared from there and my computer!

you guys I'm sorry to yell but the show was SOOOO EFFING GOOOOD!!!
I went completely nuts, I didn't recognize myself!!
I was screaming and jumping like a madwoman!

the bad thing: too many people, around 30,000, and half of them were in front of me! hahah
but it was amazing, Jules was soooo cute, he kept saying "wow you guys are beautiful I love you all very very much!" and "muito muito obrigado!" which is Portuguese for thank you very very much.

And once, in between songs, thousands of people started screaming "Fabrizio!" and he like started beating on his drums in sync, it was so cute, and Jules kinda bowed to Fab.

Oh and at the end of the show Fabrizio ran to the microphone and yelled "boa-noite meus irmãos brasileiros!", which means "good night my Brazilian brothers"

They opened the show with "the end has no end", and the last song was "reptilia". they played a few new songs, one of them is called "Hawaii - Aloha" I think, and I already fell in love with it!

God it was 1 hour and a half of show and it felt like 20 minutes. But it was AMAZING!!

Oh just another bad thing: wasn't able to take any pictures!! I didn't bring my camera cause they said it wasn't allowed, but when I got there nobody cared about that, they let people in with cameras... I was stupid. Still I doubt I would be able to take a good pic of the stage cause it was so far, and also my camera is not a digital one...

Anyways, the show was insanely good and I can't wait for the next time they come here, cause I'll definitely be in the first row!

Thats weird cus the only way i knew that Juicebox was a Strokes song was becuase i recognized Julians voice. I love it!

hey all i saw the strokes interviewed on tv last night!
they all looked cool..nick was eating nuts and has his long hair, fab looked gorgeous, albert said nothing (or maybe he wasn't there..i forget),jules was awesome as always and nikolai was soo shy (as always)

heres how the interview went...
interviewer - what will your new clip for 'juice box' be like?
fab - i can't say too much, but we will be in a recording studio
interviewer - what books are you reading? (sorry guys i forget this bit - fab said a book that sounded v. intellectual)
interviewer - are any of you dads? (obviously directly it to nikolai!)
nikolai - you mean like fathers? yeah i am. (hehe nikolai)
interviwer - has it changed your life?
nikolai - yes definitely for the better
interviewer - does this mean u will be touring less
nikolai - no it probably means i will be touring more *everyone laughs - jules tilts his head back and laughs it was so cute!*
interviwer - are you coming to australia?
everyone - yes
nikolai - for the big day out, or maybe not

thats basically all i remember of the interview btw im sorta contradicting myself! nikolai spoke the most! but he was really shifty when speaking to the interviewer and blushing

Really? thats odd, seems a long time to just imply that they might be coming next festival. Im looking on the bright side and praying that they're coming down in jan, i checked their tour dates so far and its possible.... fingers crossed!
