You crack me up!!!!
How lucky do you feel living in New York? :woot:

dude, im double lucky. Im living in New York AND I dont have to pay rent. I live with one of my mom's friends from college. Shes a doctor and has a bloody AWESOME apartment in Brooklyn. And Manhattan...oh man, Madison Av and 5th Av...the best shopping ever. I walked by Oscar de la renta on Madison and just shed a little tear. And whats really cool is that I was in the Village at some impromptu Bright Eyes show and I totally got to see Conor Oberst puke out the window of a taxi afterwards. I love this town...

i cant get over how STUNNING Alberts Girlfriend is ..
Their girlfriends are so boringly dressed. I half expected them to date hipster chicks.

Has anyone seen the new video? I've heard it's ok.

Brooklyn is really awesome I love it here. Before I moved to New York I was so hung up on living in Manhattan, I didnt even want to think about living outside of the city, but living in Brooklyn is great. Its not so hectic, the brownstones and historical districts are amazing and there are some fantastic vintage shops around the corner from my place. Plus Im only a 20 minute train ride from Manhattan, which is close enough for me! Anyways I got a new article on the guys! *does a little dance* Enjoy!

THE STROKES DEFEND KANYE'S BUSH BASHING

THE STROKES have leapt to the defence of KANYE WEST, following the rapper's public attack on US President GEORGE W BUSH.

The hip-hop star declared Bush "does not care about black people" during a telethon to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina, which devastated America's gulf coast in August (05).

The Strokes drummer FABRIZIO MORETTI says, "I f**king loved what he said.

"He said George Bush didn't care about black people. I think that regardless of what he said or where we was saying it, he's got some balls and I respect that.

"I think he's a very talented young man as well. I also think that he should continue to produce because the s**t that's he produced is really rad(ical). I'd like to work with him."

Did I mention how much I love Fab?!

Jan. 3rd!!! :woot: and those mofos better be touring the crap outta New York!! I didnt move up here just to go to Columbia,

^^^^^ Thanx.....I can't wait for their new album :D

i downloaded the new album from a special place......i really love it, and like with their other songs, the more you listen to them the more they grow on you. They're not like juicebox......i think their the real strokes sound

well, if i tell everyone then they'll all down load it and then no one will buy the album wen it comes out, so it might be a bad idea......

There's a BIG interview with them in iD magazine, and everyone of the pictures i'd never seen before. They were all taken by Amanda De Cadenet. Some of the shots are awesome - i'd reccomend getting it.
