Ugh, I was embarassed for Jules during Juicebox. It didn't sound good. And Fab was awesome as always, his dance at the end was the best part! And the whole Drew Barrymore 'saggy t*ts' bit was quite funny. Is it just me or has the quality of SNL taken a serious nose-dive. Some of those skits...I was in pain for Peter Sarsgaard. Totally cringe-worthy.

Getting more new fans is a bad thing? They're never going to end up like the bands we see on MTV, they've been making fun of that for far too long to suddenly become a part of it. I don't think there's anything wrong with spreading some Strokes love!

Taper-Jean Girl, this episode was not too funny at all. I'm not going to say the whole new seasons are bad, but yeah. Definetely not a great one. The chronicles of narnia short was hilarious though (this season)...if anyone knows what I'm talking about..

Yeah, Andy S. is a cutie. I think the only good thing about SNL this season are The Dudes from The Lonely Island.

oh well i take comfort in the face i bought is this it when it first came out B) but i'm definitely not as mad on the strokes as i used to be..personally i think its been downhill since that awesome album

^I agree. Although ROF had its moments of genius as well- Reptilia, 12:51, Undercontrol and I NEVER get tired of imitating Jules and singing "Don't worry about it honey!" from Between Love and Hate. I used to be a Strokes fiend, but I definately think I overdosed on them. Oh well. Moderation is key!

I don't hate them for becoming mainstream. It's part of the game, unfortunately. I can still appreciate their music nonetheless.

i was there at shepherds bush!!!! it was sooooooooo amazing
NEED TO GO AGAIN!!!! i took pics but im not very tall and so coundnt see so well even tho i was v-close to stage but i could see albert clear as any thing, his face and all his expressions - he was laughing to himself.... plus it was hard to keep my hand steady to focus. i mainly took videos which are all over the place, but bring back the atmosphere so well!!!!
i saw julian, he keep walkin round the stage, he had a leather jacket on and trainers, no converse, and i could see his gorgeous eyes so well when he walked over towards where i was. im gonna try and go again asap, any1 who doubts there gr8ness now should definately think again cus they totally rock!!!!.......i had a gr8 time, and to any1 whos gonna see then on their following uk gigs....HAVE AN AMAZING TIME!!! TAKE YOUR CAMERAS!!! the venue i went to also banned them, and searched my bag (i suppose for weapons??) but i had my digital camera in a purse inside my bag and they didnt look there..... evry1 there had cameras.....and Manuva...... u gotta take yours!!! or you'll regrett it.
