does anyone know who makes these/// or of a brand that has some similar.. i like how the jeans end at the ankle

They sell that exact length in siwy at Harvey Nichols. Just saw them. I also posted the picture from that website, in trendspotting, skinny jean scene thread. It hits at the ankle. Could be it?
