i don't know the name of hte designer but i know they're sold in london in a shop called I LOVE LOLA (on kensigton church street). the owner told me they're italian, but the quality is not good and they're terribly expensive (£ 140, if i remember correctly).

i got a similar, in my view nicer one, at GHOST (ledbury road) for £80. they do shippings.
