Does anyone know who designed the black coat with white fur trimmed hood & patches that Liv has been wearing lately?

The patch on the chest has a dog on it & the one on the arm says ANTI or something ending in ANTI.

i'm not sure if anyone watches the show summerland on the wb, but i have a fashion question regarding last week's episode... does anyone know who makes the green cords lori wears (with the pink/brown stripped sweater and botkier bag) in the summerland sledgehammer episode? (they could be true religion or earl... i'm not sure) the only pics i have of the scene don't show the bottom half of her, but perhaps seeing the sweater could refresh your memory...
