can someone id these kristen stewart items for me, please?

the dress she wore at the "Regis and Kelly show"
(apparently at the credits in the end of the show, they show who were the designers/labels of the outfits the guest and presenters wore, but that didnt help me cause i didnt find the credits to that episode)

and this dress she wore at the " adventureland" press conference
(trying this one again to see if anyone has better guesses)
