I'm sorry I can't really help you with the pair of flats Alexa is wearing in your first link- but if you're asking for similar, there have been so many copies of that style that you could probably go into Target and buy a pair off the shelf!

As for the second pair of shoes she's wearing, I think she's wearing a pair of the shoes that had her in mind when the designers designed the shoe- the 'Sambag Alexa Loafers'. I know that Lindsey Wixson was spotted wearing them in blue-
