i know that bernardo "milly" sandals are the exact same style, i'm not 100% sure if they come in black though (but i've seen them in silver and gold) - hope this helped a little!

thought i would add.... you can special order the milly in black - no extra cost - it takes awhile to get them... my only problem with them is the white stitching i hate that... i wish they were all black and had black soles but i am picky.

unfortunately no, the dress from the link has more of a gathered halter neck...like really close by the neck, whereas Nicole's dress has a loose "cowl"? neck...hope that helps

those are chanel 5066 in red... i haven't seen the red color in awhile though. they may not even make those anymore... but they do have a style that is very similar now.
