I have one from rachel pally thats very similar except with short sleeves, you may still be able to find it.

helena...that jkt is too small on her and with the gold buttons...
hence leaving it open and pushing up the slvs which are probably very short on her....
i would say it is vintage from the 80's...you could try ralph lauren..he always does something like that in one of his many collections...
