Brad Pitt at Live 8

Ladies and gents, any idea on who makes/designs jackets similar to the one worn by Brad Pitt at the Live 8 event in London. I am attaching two links to pictures. People Magazine July 18, 2005 issue has a good pic at page 75. Any help would be much appreciated. It is a dark brown shorter military/safari style jacket with four pockets up front and epaulets. Underneath the first colar is a storm collar with a button tab to latch the collar together. Here are the pics links.
