paris hilton necklace on movie life

hey, im not sure if anyone watches movie life: house of wax on mtv, but i have a question...
in the most recent episode paris is shopping at louis vuitton and then goes to a club to promote the movie. she is wearing a gold chain link necklace with gold and colored charms. does anyone know who makes it?

In the candids section (I think - maybe celebrity appearances?), there's a pic of JLo wearing the same jacket and apparently she identified it as from her JLo line. It looks high end for JLo, so maybe she meant to say Sweetface. I'm kind of surprised by that, but I think that jacket is super cute! Hope that helps..
