Yep, I'm pretty sure those are the Hudson triangle pocket jeans, though there are a few different styles of the triangle pocket. The one in the link has a little more distressing in the pocket than the ones in the picture.

I have the exact same pair, and I LIVE in them if I'm not in work clothes.
