I'm so sad  there were extremely cheap Christopher Kane gel clutches and I put one in my cart and came back two hours later and they were gone  this happened about three weeks ago too, I can only hope they'll get more in stock again :(

^^do you remember approx how much? Just curious...

£114-140 depending on what colour you're after!
But good news :woot: they're back in stock! I purchased the large chocolate one, I defiantly urge anybody who wants one to get in quick :lol:

congrats! I just looked on the US site and they just have a couple laser cut clutches in pink and orange, around $276 if I remember correctly (I already closed the tab, sorry!)

I saw this amazing Rebecca Minkoff bag a while ago, but it was sold out before I knew it :( gorgeous bag, electric blue, great discount..

Check the UK site for the PVC gel's!

Have any of you ever returned anything to the Outnet? I am having difficulty understanding parts of their return policy.

From their site:

"THE OUTNET charges customers a small fee for each order that is returned to us, however we do refund your original delivery cost from when you placed your order.

The amount we charge and refund varies depending on the destination of your shipment as shown below.

Destination - Return fee deducted from your refund - Amount We Refund

Rest of the world - From £25.00 - £16.50 + tax"

Can anyone give me an example of how this would work in practice? How much would I loose (minimum-maximum)?

If I buy a 200 GBP dress, I would like more than 16 GBP + tax refunded...

You would also get the cost of the dress refunded.... is that what you're asking?

I think you just have to essentially pay to ship the item back to the outnet.

Ok, but would I have to pay 25 gbp + the return shipping? Sorry for being such a stupid-head...

Yes, I understood that much. I just don't get if the return shipping is covered by those 25 gbp, or if it is a restocking fee. The 25 gbp more than covers the outbound shipping fee. I don't think the return shipping is included... The dress will just have to fit;) *fingers crossed*

^^i think it's just the cost of return shipping that they don't cover. But you can always call their customer service for clarity on the policy. I've found them to be very helpful and accommodating (in the U.S. anyway).

I know, but there was only one left in my size and I figured you guys would be quicker to respond on a Sunday:D Thanks for all of your help. Hopefully the dress will fit and I won't have to think about returning it at all:)

They refund you your original postage charge - whatever that may be, and then the price of the returned item minus the return postage cost... So I think you pay one amount - the item + postage and then just book a return with them, then they take the money that it cost to be returned out of the amount refunded. I think. It's strange that they refund the outbound postage, may as well have free returns and not refund the postage!

I live in Germany and I have returned some purchases. It works pretty easy - you get allthe money back that you paid, but they take off this amount:
Rest of the world - From £25.00 - £16.50 + tax.

So if I paid 200 € for an item plus 10,53 € shipping costs, after they accept the return they will transfer (200+10,53) - 18,88 = 191,65 €.
In my case 16,50 £ are 18,88 €, and there are no taxes to pay in EU for the purchases made online in GB. If you normally pay taxes, you will not get them returned.
