I know, its just she is one of my favs, and i just didnt see her on runway this spring 05 collection as i did see her on the fall 04 runway. I havent seen many of the scans for the editorals either. I mean i think she was supposed to be on the cover of Japanese or Korean Vogue *its a few posts back*.

She is very lovely, but she hasnt gotten the press of some of her peers that bursted to fame after fall 04. *Gemma, Hana*

Looks like a helluva lot of shows to me! Actually, this list is comparable to her fall 04 showcount, if not more... so don't fret! the girl is definitely busy and in demand on the runway! As far as the editorials are concerned... give it time... I think Tiiu will definitely make her mark! Remember, she's only 17 years old. She's already done countless shows, snagged a j'adore fragrance campaign, and scored a lucrative cosmetics contract with covergirl!!! Hana, Gemma or Daria don't even have cosmetics contracts!!! So we'll definitely be seeing more of her face... and now being a covergirl, people will definitely know her name. What Tiiu needs is more covers! Maybe one day she'll get that steven meisel Italian Vogue cover. But until then, expect to see her in upcoming American Vogue editorials... shot by Steven Meisel....

If a female model was to exceed 6'0....I doubt she would ever receive alot of runway work because the clothes are tailored to a woman of 5'9 to 183 m (6'0).

However, there are a some six footers running around: Michelle Buswell with MARILYN management as well as Oluchi Onweagaba with DNA model management.

This is not to discredit Tiiu's height. 5'11.5 for a female is pretty damn tall, anyways.

Actually, no. I'm not wrong. So what if "supermodels.nl" lists her as 5'11.5? So what if even her own agency lists her as 5'11.5? That doesn't mean it's true. Agencies lie about height all the time. I've met Michelle Buswell. She's definitely around 6'0. I've met Oluchi. She's definitely around 6'1.5-6'2. I've met Tiiu. And Tiiu is DEFINITELY NOT 5'11.5. You say that "most models are between 5'9-6'0"... and yeah you're probably right... MOST models are, but not all. Let's not forget Kate Moss, who doesn't quite fit your 5'9-6'0 rule.
Tiiu is definitely taller than 6'0. She is definitely up there with Oluchi... around 6'2.

And remember, clothes used on the runway are samples... samples that are specifically tailored to each girl during a fitting prior to the show. Meaning that yes... even a 5'8" waif like Kate Moss or a 6'2" giant like Tiiu can earn significant mileage on the runway, contrary to what you may believe.

Absolutley not true. On DNA Management's site, they credit Oluchi as 6'0.
