when Toni was younger she looked a bit like Claudia Schiffer.
Now she's 10x beautiful than Claudia.

A Stern cover? If it's by Sofia and Mauro it probably will be for Numèro I thought, on the streets is great but the styling looked stupid except for the balloons then they showed the cover and you're right. It looks great and I would definitely buy this.

Quite excited for Boss Black and the interview also reminded me of Shiseido..oh why do we have to wait so long for her work.

BLACKLAB has she gotten a campaign shot by Meisel?

mm i think the article say Steven Meisel shooting for Italia Vogue not Hugo Boss i think is Shooting for any Mario or Sorrento or Testino

i think that hugo boss was shot by mario testino. she has already shot a few campaigns that have not been mentioned from what i have heard, big ones with great photographers. it seems like she has worked with meisel 3 times now for editorial. i would be very surprised if she does not shoot a campaign with him......

^She only worked once with Meisel editorial-wise and one Calvin Klein Jeans campaign. Or did you count something unpublished in?

testinofan I didn't meant what I say based on the article just in general since Meisel would be weir for shooting Hugo Boss campaigns.

i heard that she has shot with meisel already a couple of times for editorial after the shows.

:shifty: It's a shame your memory fails you right now. ;) I think Boss Black is a solid affirmation that Toni has star quality. I'm very happy to hear that she was brought on for this campaign - it can certainly be a springboard to a spectacular 2009. :woot:

As for the Meisel photoshoots with Anna J - I can't wait to see them...but here's a cute preview of how they look on camera, backstage photos at Calvin Klein SS09 ^_^

frillr

^ they are quite the power couple, aren't they? i can't wait to see them both in print.

As for the comparisons with Karlie and Ali......although Toni hasn't done as much editorially, I believe this is gonna change big time and she'll soon wipe the floor with both of the others.^_^

why's everyone knocking on Ali S. and Karlie?? there's room for all three of them in the modeling world- they all have completely different looks! Toni is absolutely gorgeous (she's like the Doutzen of the group), Ali is so classically beautiful and athletic (like Hilary Rhoda), and Karlie is angelic and youthful (she reminds me of Coco). they may all have been part of the ck4 but that doesn't mean they always have to be compared to each other. and until toni really gives ferocity (and multiple looks and poses) to the camera, I'm not gonna hold out for her to "wipe the floor" with them based solely on her current campaigns and runway showlist. but I do love her and I think she's a beautiful girl with a lot of potential. she just needs to use it ^_^
