Toning Water ?

Hello,

I was recently in Tokyo and I noticed "toning water" everywhere, does anyone knows what is it exactly? Is it toner/astringent or moisturizer? I just couldn't resist not buying the very nicely packaged toning water for men when I was at Muji.

I forgot a lot of my Japanese but it's a toner made with natural ingredients for delicate skin. It prevents dryness caused by shaving and it can also be used as an aftershave lotion. I think it contains fruit acids but i'm not sure which kind!! Hope this helps a little...

yes it's a toning water. I've used the muji line before and their toners are called "lotion"s...
