I'm amazed this is looking like a place where men hang out.

I come bearing estrogen.

For the most part it's lovely, especially the little black dresses, and I agree with Baizilla about the looks with shorts. The last look in post #6 is probably my favourite.

I think her collections can get a little monotonous at times, though - not a lot of surprises here, are there? But on the other hand, I guess there's never much to complain about, either...

11/third dress looks like something i already have and love...
2/1st & 4th -would wear just as shown...
8/third look
4/2 & 3 (pants- )
5/white top -i think i would wear the second look exactly like that

and i love the skinny pants shown rolled up-they are like leggings but not skin tight-which i LOVE...
i would wear them to death!...

i enjoy the stripes very much- but i am afraid that i should leave those for the younger set...
...but i would wear all of them in a white or black...
i love the way they are cut...especially around the shoulders...

btw, as part of the project for further grouth they will separate limi from Yohji Yamamoto inc. next month.
and apparently they are planning to extend its business abroad.

no--- she was born many years later...

runner- an apron and a pinafore are very similar...almost the same really...

Just checked up on the thread.
It seems that the limi feu website has updated itself with more recent pictures of the new Trace #06 collection, therefore all the pictures in this thread have been updated.
Maybe a mod should edit the thread title to #06?
But in regards to the trace #06 collection, I'm liking the boxy cuts, proportions and the somber mood. To me, it's definitely an improvement from her last collection.

they will update the site with #5 sooner or later again.
then I'll post it here preferably in attachments since there is already a thread for #6.
hope attachments issue will be resolved by then.



they don't specify which season it belongs in, even though this (#6) is practically on the F/W side.
so they call it just # 5, 6...
because trace is about filling up the blank of the delivery cycle of the normal collection and regularly supplying new arrivals and trying to always make the store fresh.
and trace includes more seasonless pieces, and maybe more daily or lighthearted ones.

apparently # 6 may be the last collection for trace.
at least they are not planning # 7 at the moment.

but instead they have plans to show limi feu collections in Paris
maybe from S/S 08.
though this is not official yet.
anyway they seem to be actually struggling with adjustments of sizing to overseas markets.
