Trussardi menswear is so freaking good!
The black pony jacket, the leather hoodie with the persian lamb cuffs, I want it all!
Though I don't like the distressed denim-like pieces, they break up all of the blacks with a touch of colour.
Vukmirovic was always fantastic at Trussardi menswear but I admit to being somewhat disappointed with his new role as womenswear designer - I think menswear is his strongpoint - in this collection he has made everything an investment piece, with the high desire for his designs I think that was a good move.

WAT? now already? i didn't think it'd start until tomorrow

either way, i don't like it. it's too tough for what i'm used to from Trussardi in the most recent seasons. it's not as fresh as for example their proposition of feathers, denim and dandy looks for S/S 10. those ideas have been done already, and better too. the jackets are not exactly super flattering either. and that's on a freaking male model, for crying out loud.

i don't know where milan vukmirovic, but this much leather in a collection feels more fetishistic than directional. don't get me wrong, i love every bit of it, as trussardi has become one of those super-reliable menswear brands that crafts each piece with that oh-so-elusive designer edge, but coming after a season of leather madness from burberry prorsum and emporio armani, it looks like it may be time to invest in some good black leather again.

Trussardi always does it for me. This collection is no exception. The backstage pictures up on hypebeast and selectism are also good. That military parka is a need!

I like the mustard tone. Some pants are great and I really like Mark Cox' jacket !!
