I’m always partial to a bit of Gywneth so a little biased, but I kind of love this.

There’s a part of me wishes it was a little more symmetrical, sleeve wise and she was dead centre posed perfectly, but still.

I am actually really into this cover! I like seeing Sabato De Sarno's Gucci and Paltrow sipping the drink is a cool touch. The cover reminds me of the Kate Moss cover from May 2000. Obviously, that cover was on another amazing level.

I'll take it over most of the slop British Vogue has put together over the past year and a half. I love Gwyneth, and though I find the "omg she's in the joke!" angle so much less clever than magazine/fashion people think it is, I don't dislike any of these photos.

i really love venetia scott, i like gwyneth, i wish these were less stiff, a little more soft and sensual and less plasticy and severe-- the lighting on the cover doesnt look like venetia scott's typical to me

It took me a minute to realise it was Gwyneth Paltrow on the cover. Venetia Scott has (unsurprisingly) photographed her horribly here. The cover shot is so awkward, unattractive, and very... pedestrian and generic looking. What happened to fashion magazine covers being aspirational? This legit looks like a shoot meant for social media. British Vogue is so far gone nowadays.

And it’s the photography. It would have worked wonderfully with Teller’s old style. It needed to feel warmer than it is.
