his work is making clothes, not setting up conceptual performances.. turning his pret-a-porter collection to theatrical costumes

i have a problem with over styling, strong collections dont need it that much (see Jil or Junya ss05)
 
i agree with you completely lena...i found the whole thing rather tedious...and juvenile...
 
exactly.. juvenile, a bit graduate collection, trying to mix Galliano with MMM, they dont even need all this, their work is almost better than that
 
I agree with Lena, too. The dresses are just beautiful and "innocent", like Purple said. The coats with the "tree" prints are lovely. But the show is abit trying too hard. Maybe he wanted to explain his inspiration.
 
I would agree with you all about the showcase of the collection. But perhaps,his vision couldn't be executed without all that stuff? Still,I love this stuff....
