Undercover S/S 2015 Paris

I like the Hieronymus Bosch printed pieces! The black swan wings over leather jackets might be slightly too theatrical for my taste but it's a cool concept.

Imagination!

this is probably in my top five collections of the season! I've missed this kind of dark romanticism, I am tired of asymmetrical stark sportswear.

Ha, and people think Gareth Pugh is good at this stuff. This is AMAZING. I am dying over the multi-color leather jackets. And the fairytale (?) prints are beautiful. This is completely fabulous, such a phenomenal collection :crush:

I think this may be my favorite in Paris so far.
So fresh and innocent and dark and just sucks you in.

Love the dark satin dresses:blush:
The shoes could have been vastly better, and the oversized parkas and prom dresses are slightly odd, but other than that, just perfect!

Those feather masks are everything. As is the rest of the collection.

Yes yes, this is one of my favorit painting!!!

great colours and prints.
what an all round cool collection.
i like how it slowly transforms….feminine going, going, going and gone dark...

If Jun ever gives up on fashion, he should do scores like Jonny Greenwood. I love his music. Does anyone know what's playing? it sounds like Murcof/The Caretaker towards the end.

All the purple and black stuff is gorgeous.. and so is that green parka!. Also loved the earrings, I'm always baffled that designers don't love earrings that much, or as much as I do.

love the second half... and the jackets

do watch the video...
what an incredible presentation...
worship worthy...

by the time we got to the parade of black swans i was absolutely in tears...

nothing has moved me this much in years...
i kneel at the altar of jun takahashi...

i don't know about the whole soundtrack, but the closing number is definitely Tori Amos...her voice is unmistakable...

thx for the vid...
i hardly ever watch them, but i will be watching this for years to come...
what a dream...literally...
...

Yeah, I agree, the show is beautiful  I love the set design and how atmospheric the music and the presentation of the outfits is. Lovely :crush:

Thanks for posting!

The soundtrack is:

"Don't Sit Under The Apple Tree" - Johnny Greenwood with Anyone Else But Me feat. Medisen Beaty
"Five Hours" - Deorro
"All My Colours" - Nouvelle Vague
"The Silver Swan" - Peter Phillips/"John Willbye: Draw On Sweet Night" - The Tallis Scholars
"A Swan Song (For Nina)" - Clint Mansell
"Black Swan" - Tori Amos

possibly incomplete?

^ awesome! thank you!

Of course he had to start with Jonny to tell a tale!

And you're welcome, softgrey! I was referring to that last part of Clint Mansell's song, right before Tori Amos. It's beautiful.. sounds like something you'd hear when passing out, or away. :argg:

literally everything is perfect: music, makeup, accessories, set design - and clothes! transcendent collection - and "undercover" indeed. should be getting raves.
