Collaboration project with MoMA "SPRZ NY"

i have to say i am glad that they are expanding the MoMa collab for spring...
i always look at the SPRZ NY t shirts with lust but i know i'll never wear a t-shirt like that, except to bed...
to have some tops and jumpsuits etc with prints from some of my fave artists would be a dream come true---

*even though i have to say that i find it absurdly ridiculous that the country's best modern art museum is collaborating with a company outside the US to make prints of America's biggest artists...all made in China......
that just doesn't go down easily for me...

unfortunately the carine roitfeld items are not marked down that much where i am. some items are marked down 50% but not more.

it may very well be a mild winter - i expect a lot of storewide markdowns at uniqlo on cold weather items

i think a lot of the SPRZ MoMA Stuff is licensed with the individual artist and their respecting companies. ie keith haring, Yayoi Kusama and andy warhol foundation.

they are just calling it MOMA because MOMA has a promotional deal with uniqlo and uniqlo sponsors their Friday admissions to the museum.

Uniqlo should be making dresses and scarves with the prints. i have enough t shirts.

i wish Yayoi Kusama would allow uniqlo to expand categories to pants, dresses etc (like she did with LV) or like she did with bloomingdales years and years ago.

so that must be who they are dealing with...
i never heard of ARS...so that is interesting...

got the ultra warm heattech and wore the top.
certainly warmer. the good thing is that mainly due to the softness it is a bit more comfortable than the extra warm one and those heavier weight underlayers from patagonia.
the sleeves are longer than the other heattech tops that are usually labeled as 9/10 sleeve length.

last year i got ribbed heat tech and i like them the best...
cause they are warm but also cool.sexy...
the neckline is lower than usual for uniqlo...

haven't seen them this year...

Apperently it's not on sale yet in europe(where I am at the moment), but I could see it ones I went to the US site.

Oohh ohhh I really do like Uniqlo. Well I like it more than H&M and Forever 21. Their clothes are simple but are actually good quality. I also appreciate that their designs aren't too much, you know? It's quite simple and straightforward.

Preview images of the UUU fall collection are now out on uniqlo's website.

a lot of the pants and skirts have elastic waists.. uniqlo's other lines for men and women have many other styles with this feature. Not a fan of this.

one possible interesting item is the wide leg corduroy pants for women - however it does not have belt loops.
