University exchange in Latin America

hey i really want to do a university exchange to learn Spanish, and id most like to study in South America. Has anyone done this, planning to do this or know of good universities in South America??? THANKS

^in buenos aires, argentina there is Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad de Palermo...I think they are good in Peru there is Universidad Catolica...and in my university (but its in costa rica) there are great exchange programs...U Veritas (www.uveritas.ac.cr)
