Why is fashion photography such a dumpster fire now? I don't need glam but I don't need this 90's "friend with a camera" garbage either. I was hoping Zoe would get a more iconic cover. I mean as "iconic" as Elle could ever get, lol. (I'm just teasing. I can recall a few solid covers in their history).

The cover story is a travesty, but what I like about this issue is the atmosphere of the location shoots, even flicking through them in the digital version, I was enjoying the mood of each set of landscapes - that empty bus shot is strangely beautiful - although any fashion editorial that makes an effort to go somewhere on location seems like a treat these days.
