Kate Winslet's cover is everything I've been missing recently, from mainstream titles. Just a great close-up shot of a beautiful face with real character, something that's so simple yet so striking.

No. No. No. All covers for me are disaster! I don't like these close - ups. Where is fashion here? And it's really hard to recognize Salma..

All three covers are nice, but Kate's is a real standout, love the closeup! Selma's is lovely but to me it looks more appropriate as we get into the summer months, not winter.

They do this every November, a round-up of their most impactful Hollywood women. Probably all the women listed will get a cover, but only 3 or 4 (the ones posted so far) will make it to the newsstand. The rest are all for subscribers, sadly. I'm torn between Kate and Amy. With Kate especially, they've gone a different, more interesting route. Her beauty really shines through here. This looks too glossy, colourful and lively for Kudacki, so I'm guessing it's either Thompson or Collins.....

I love Amy very much but this doesn't look particularly flattering, at least from what I can see right now. Salma's cover is my favorite.
