Woah, this is surprisingly good! Love the OTT glamour for Elle, and Cara is on a roll. Raking in more press than Margot, by the looks of it. It shouldve been cropped a tad more, but I'll take this.

As much as I love her UK Vogue cover, this leaves me cold. Everything works, from the styling to the makeup and hair, but Cara herself looks quite lifeless imo. Amazing for her to score two major September covers already, I'm sure the cover story will be really good!

At least the 80s glamour look that's been turning up on covers recently helps catch the eye, and sells the idea that it's fun to dress up.

She is the face of "La Collection De Paris" so, it is expected for her to suit the 80's aesthetic of this.
I like it, it's glamorous (Everybody is going back to Glamour now) but it lacks in intensity. They could have push it harder!

^^^ Absolutely no intensity is absolutely right on point.

She looks the part, she’s styled the part. Butt there’s just no atmosphere or reference. It’s lazy and unskilled and flat, and just coasting on her name. If you want to do 80s glamour and decadence, look at Vogue Paris’s August cover to see how it’s done so right.

And all the exclamation points… sheesh— we get it: It’s September...
