What a great set! Emma looks cool in that dress, just dont get her smirk/pout and the make-up. Taraji looks good as well, and dont know who this Gina is, but I desperately need to see her on the telly. Funny how Cindy borrowed Elle's concept and made it infinitely better and more updated. I'm really a fan of her new direction. All three covers seem very accessible to the Glamour woman, and to the point.

Taraji always looks good, Gina's is maybe the best of the three, but that make up on Emma is terrible.

I like Emma's the best. The smirk gives it a little extra oomf. Taraji should have been smiling/smirking/some other facial expression that is not trying to be sultry, as well.
