The last shot is great, but the cover is awful. I think Katy has such a striking, beautiful face.. but it's just come off as looking horrendously over worked in this shot.

normally i would applaud bazaar from having two different cover subjects than the normal "jennifer/angelina/kate/gwyneth" parade, but the last two covers (christina hendricks and katy) have looked so horrible that is sad these two great faces have been wasted...
at least katy's inside shots are nice...i hope she gets a subscribers cover and we don't see another georgia may fiasco...

I had high hopes when I saw the screen caps posted earlier. But this cover is just BAD. It's Photoshop gone bad! It doesn't look like her. Awful background color, horrible text placement, disgusting colors, hate the smile! Good thing the editorial makes up for the cover. Hoping for a great subscribers cover.

Harper's Bazaar really needs to step it up next year. Cover wise.
