The list is very overwhelmingly white. So much for international...

No kidding. Well look at who's on the cover, you can bet the brazilians featured (especially the models) will also be overwhelmingly white. Oh well.

I don't think most of the people complaining know what "international" means. If they did, they'd realize the list is not excluding most people.

I love the way Vanity Fair (US edition) is 'loosening up' a bit in the reins. Yes, the cover is over the top...but I love it! I'd so much rather see a semi-vampy Giselle than a mundane Gretchen Moll-type celebrity glaring at me from the cover. And besides that, Giselle is still arguably all fashion.

I can remember the days when Vanity Fair was stylish and even FUN...articles with Jocelyn Wildenstein and such. Then, VF became so political and...well...not fun. It's actually the longest running subscription I have but I've mainly hung on because there are/were still great articles written in that mag.

Anyway, methinks things are improving...
