US Vogue March 2022 : Kim Kardashian by Carlijn Jacobs

It has a vintage vibe that saves the cover... I think it's her best Vogue US cover, but because of who she is, we are disappointed. Some editorial photos are good, others are bad!

I do like this, they are giving us something different with Kim, I’m glad they ditch the Balenciaga thing Kim has done to death by now

Kimberly!! Wow, this is quite spectacular. That close-up of her side profile is so amazing! And it's so good to see Carlijn Jacobs shooting the US Vogue cover.

So 2022 is going to be the year of revamp for American Vogue? Just like Hoyeon's story, there is absolutely no sense of Anna's magazine here. I wish it were reflected throughout the magazine, cause right now there's a disconnect between the cover and the contents. There's a lot of potential here. Loves it!

Your turn, Edward

So proud of Cariljn getting her first Vogue Us cover and actually work impressed with Kim giving Cher in this!

Love the Loewe on the cover! Photographs beautifully... Once again I'm annoyed by the extra kerning. The layout is quite tragic. Kim looks good, though. The editorial is... nice, I guess?

“I’ve chosen myself,” and “Team Me.”

I’m getting very tired of selfish attitude of “self care,” and “you gotta just take care of yourself, gurl.” It’s getting kind of gross. Me me me me me me.

Visually, it’s not a terrible cover photograph, the kerning and type layout is terrible, though. The editorial is really not good. Very bad.

In this context I think the implication is “it was me or Kanye and I chose me” and yeah, given the options I’d say she made the right choice.

Love the cover. The editorial is hit (the profile shot!) or miss (most of the rest). I just hope this is decently thick, for March.

It's a great cover, very 70s Vogue. Kim is looks divine in that Loewe. And the editorial is also good.

I have no problem with Kim being on the cover of Vogue (or any magazines for that matters) since she is clearly know how to work in front of the camera. Definitely better than the "supermodel" of the family.

I like most of the editorial images, but instead of being the crowning glory, the cover looks like an afterthought, design elements thrown together at the last moment to finish off a mid-level digital project.
