that's true, actually
bazzar's cover with madonna is kind of lame. vogue's is nice, but it could be better considering it's Nicole on a cover & it's september issue. JMO
Ahhhh - It's September again and time for the Advertising Issue of Vogue. Lots of glossy ads, lots of tiny articles hidden throughout...
Although I do think Nicole Kidman is a beautiful and graceful woman I am getting sick of seeing just actresses on the covers of fashion magazines (of course I hate seeing teenages on the cover women's magazines too but that's a whole other story...) The photos were lovely but not the best I've seen of her. As far as a fashion icon goes though - I'm still not convinced.
The Hugh Jackman pictures cracked me up - they really went all out to make him look like Paul Allen, cheesy clothes and all.
I found the "prominent nose" article to be a bit ridiculous - and it didn't include a picture of the author...hummmmm. As someone with a generous helping of nose I thought it fell short of really saying anything substantial.

that's for sure .....
thanks girls ... i just knew M&M and Steven Klein editorials ...
to Snejana : it was good ... but you know it's pretty still the same. editors are the same, models haven't changed that much, celebrities are still the same .... it just has become a tiny bit more commercial ........
maybe it's just our expectations that have changed .....
This issue came with a wonderful Supplement, it was very well done and I liked this cover better than the main of Kidman which was nothing unseen and very predictable. Both David and Victoria looked lovely here, time sure does fly but Vic should consider this hair colour and lenght again.
