Valentino's campaigns had much more creativity and better art direction during Maria Grazia's tenure; those photographs were exquisite.
Pierpaolo's Valentino tries way too hard to be "of the moment" and "cool", and as a consequence it has lost its identity, and let's be honest, taste level.
I'm sorry but these photos look like the Guess by Marciano ad campaigns. Shockingly Bad art direction, styling, everything. And why did they start including that horrible V logo above the "Valentino"? It looks cheap and vulgar.
