Valentino F/W 14.15 by David Bailey

The cast is Ine Neefs, Josephine van Delden and Harleth Kuusik.

^

A cast like that makes you wonder why they didn't just shoot mannequins instead.

All that beautiful color and the campaign is black and white...ugh

Still...beautiful

As much as I love B&W, this definitely should have been in color.

^ Same feelings. B&W can be so elegant and artistic, but in this case, it kinda takes out life from the collection.

This is so boring. They use so many filler models these days. I used to love their ads when they cast Caroline, Frida, and Jac.

Amen!! It would be different if it was a star making turn for the model, but so many of these girls are "fillers"; literally here today, gone tomorrow. (.....or season.) Its becoming more and more common with these major labels. (Prada, Giorgio, Valentino) The only thing cool about this particular ad is the photographer. :-(

Like the rest, I am very disappointed that it was shot in B&W. I actually thought the color palette was the strongest side of the collection, given the fact that there was very little focus on inventive shapes.

Funny because to me CBN, Frida, and Jac are ultimate fillers…

I do agree though that this campaign is boring but boring is kinda what Valentino is today...

^^Kinda true, but at least back in 2011/2012 they still had the "rising star" thing going.

Either way, Valentino really need to get a new casting director for campaigns.

How are these girls not rising stars then?

I agree, these should have been in colour, such a stunning collection. I love the cast.

I expected it to be in B&W since the men's ad campaign was but I love the vintage vibe I get from how it was shot.

I think the casting fine, Valentino seems to favor newer faces, I would have added Tami Williams.

This is so lackluster compared to last season, Ine Neefs is boring :ninja:
