I yawned. This is just the last couture collection (and a lot less variation in cutting) in different fabrics all over again!

Why why why... why has the shape and silhouette became the same after so many seasons... it's definitely not a refinement but it's more like laziness...

C'mon Pier Paolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri, you had a strong HC AH2010 collection... why do the same thing all over again for HC PE 2011 till now...? The dresses are beautiful but not worth doing the same shape each and every season (even for RTW collection)...

this is so painfully boring and the grandma rose/flowers prints are downright ugly. lots of the looks are dated and heavy.

I might have liked something from this collection if it was one of their first, but after years of the same old story, I can't like anything.

ugh what a lackluster collection even if the fabrics used most likely have had some sort of special treatment on them they still horribly resemble drapes.. but other than that this is something most royals/princessy people would fawn over. so i guess it's still a win-win situation, despite the downward slump in creativity?

They did do something new, they went from 10-year-old girl style to old-granny style this season. Not sure which is worse...
There were very few good things happening in this collection. I loathed the prints.

There actually are some beautiful peices in the collection and some of their fabric selections are not bad either, but its just more of the same. The coats in the collections were the strongest peices but the rest was just flat. I think the theme of the collection was nice but they never seem to introduce any new ideas or silhouettes in their collections.

I understand that this is they type of design that they want to do and thats fine but that does not mean that they cant re-vamp some of these ideas but they cant sem to do that. They lack creativity and a sence of innovation. I honestly want to like them but, they need to bring some fresh ideas to the table and then they might be ok. The music was good too I Shazamed it lol

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I absolutely loved this collection. All the fabrics were amazing, the cuts were perfect as always, and the soundtrack fit beautifully. I don't mind them using the same cuts every time because I feel like they refine them each season, and it keeps getting better and better. The only element I found found to be old or dated were the low heeled shoes. The high heels were much better.

Beautiful detailing up but incredibly predictable. Hmm....
