oh my, i must have been a vampire all along but didnt know it. haha

the first post on the comment of clothes that dont wrinkle was funny! sounds like me.

i have loads of black and red in my closet, two of my favorite colors. i like clean, sharp, well tailored, well cut dressing. though i have a rough side to dressing as well so maybe im half a vampire, haha. i also have natural black hair and rather pale skin.

edit: i think my ideal vampire is androgynous haha. sleek and sexy and a mix between the poisoned femininity and the danger of masculinity. look at my avatar haha

I would say that if such a thing as vampires existed then their tastes would vary greatly (much like humans) depending on the vampire and whether or not they like living among humans. I would tend to think those that like living among people would be more influenced by the way we dress, if for no other reason then to be the wolf in sheep's clothing. Those vampires would probably also have better taste then most people because they've had way longer to cultivate their "look" and know what works and what doesn't.

I've always like watching the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and then Angel and occasionally when there was a particularly stylish female vampire who obviously really cared about her appearance I would wonder how in the world do vampires get their makeup to look so perfect? Yeah, maybe if there was another vampire around they could help, but what if they are a lone wolf...practice, practice, practice?

For me, vampires would represent the epitome of style. Chic, dark, gothic, elegant, luxe, elegant, sensual. They don't follow trends but follow their own individual taste and style.

I'd imagine they'd amass huge fortunes after all those years on earth. Labels to go for: Chanel, McQueen, Givenchy. couture couture couture.

I don't know if this is the right place to discuss it, but i can't get over how bad the outfits described by Stephenie Meyer in Twilight were. I mean, a sleeveless button-up shirt? On a guy? I don't care how hot he is or if he's stuck in the 1800 style-wise, that's a no-go for me.

Movie styling was bad for the vampire girls. (They looked like the Friends girls circa 1990). The vampire guys' styling was ok.
