I think that guy is one of Audrey Tautou's exes, he's always dressed like that.
Her last few outings have been mediocre, not because of the clothes but the makeup. I don't like the shade of lipstick she prefers nowadays.

That guy is Matthieu Chedid. I don't know if he has had anything with Tautou, but among other works he's written songs for Vanessa and also the music for Un Monstre à Paris (besides being the monster's voice). I don't know that much about his works and public appearances, but as far as I know he's always dressed like that and has always worn hats...
