Are they too lazy to do a Best-Dressed Issue or what?

I hope this is their "Best Dressed" issue X( they haven't had theirs in a year and a half.

I believe the last best-dressed issue was October, November, or December of last year, so it'll probably be the same this year.

I remember reading somewhere that the reason they're reluctant to do a best-dressed list. I think it was due to how all the other tabloids and fashion magazines publish their own that it seems "best-dressed lists" are too overexposed and now underrated.
