a black and white collection outside the japanese minimalists that is executed pretty well. she's been on a creative high these past couple of seasons. i'm glad she's put more of an effort into her ready-to-wear collections rather than just focus on her commercial bridal, homegoods, and jewelry (zales!? zales!?) stuff.

I love the japanese influence, especially with the opening look on Jamie. I keep finding Vera's brand becoming more fresher and youthful as the seasons progress. I love it.

it's definitely different for vera - very pared down. some of the coats, knits and dresses look lovely. the whole final section in #4 is great!
